Message	Sounds like your hood pin not engaging when the hood is down. Try bending the bracket up a bit. If you do it right, the security lamp will STOP flashing after 30 secs. It's not supposed to flash continuously. That's the signal that one of the triggers (door/hood/hatch) is open.
